Christmas Through the Year

It's hard to believe it's the last day of January....my how time flies!
I just finished up these two little projects that I started working on many years ago.  The mouse is a little pin and the heart is zippered pouch.

I  have two Christmas runners ready to quilt so that will be February's project along with ornaments for my grand nieces and nephews.

Stop by and visit Kim at Lily Patch Quilts to see what others are making for Christmas.

Friday Night with Friends

My first Friday Night with Friends and I fell asleep before finishing!

I'm working on Bonnie Hunter's Mystery Quilt EASY STREET!  I just started last week on this scrap quilt and managed to completed Step 1: 192 4-patch units.  Tonight I wanted to complete Step 2:  128 Flying Geese units.  I started them earlier in the week and I was going to stay up until I finished.  My downfall was sitting and having a snack on my way to the ironing board.  I'm not sure how many I finished but here's my results...

It's taken over 1 1/2 hours, 3 computers and my daughters help to post these pictures...computer problems!

Visit the other Friday night sewers by clicking here to head over to Cheryll's blog, the host of this get together.  While there, you'll see information on her Valentine Swap.  (I'll try to put buttons on the sidebar if my computer hasn't given up on me)

Have fun sewing!
